By registering and using Find Influencer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms define your rights, responsibilities, and obligations when using the platform, whether you're an influencer, brand, or agency.
All users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental or legal consent to join the platform. During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.
Influencers are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and professional profile and must respond to collaboration opportunities in a timely, respectful manner. Brands are expected to post clear and honest campaign briefs and engage professionally with influencers throughout all stages of the collaboration process.
Find Influencer offers three membership tiers for influencers and brands: Free, Basic, and Pro. Access to key features — including messaging, campaign application, visibility in search, and proposal tools — depends on the selected plan. These features may evolve over time and are managed at the discretion of the platform’s admin team based on user feedback and platform improvements.
Collaborations begin when a brand posts a public campaign or sends a direct request to an influencer. Influencers may apply, submit a proposal, quote a price, or negotiate the terms. Once both parties reach an agreement, the collaboration becomes active. Upon completion, the influencer marks the project as “Delivered,” and the brand must confirm it. After this, both users are prompted to leave a review.
To ensure fairness and authenticity, Find Influencer uses a double-confirmed review system. Reviews are only published once both parties have submitted feedback. This encourages honest ratings and maintains platform integrity.
As of now, all project payments must be arranged outside the platform. In a future update, Find Influencer will introduce in-app payment options including Apple Pay and secure payment gateways. An optional project reservation fee may be applied at the time of project approval, managed fully by the admin team. This fee may be waived during the initial platform launch phase.

Find Influencer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
